5 content marketing tips

How to write web content for your junk removal website.

Before we get started, let’s get one thing out of the way.

Writing good website copy is hard.

OK, now that were on the same page (no pun intended) we can start talking about what good content looks like, what it sounds like, and most importantly how you can use it to improve your junk removal website.

  1. Know your demographic – Are you targeting the right customers? You should know the age, geographic location, and income of your intended target market. If you have the time, you may even want to build personas based on real junk removal customers.
  2. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Gain attention – You have less than five seconds to gain a users attention. If your first sentence doesn’t pique the reader’s interest, you’ll lose them. Make sure what you say 1st, grabs people and then guides them to keep reading.
  3. Buyers buy benefits – Stop telling people how great you are. Instead tell them how your junk removal service will save them time, money, and the hassle of doing themselves.
  4. Lights, Camera, Call to Action! – What is it that you want your visitor to do? Do you want a phone call, feedback form, email, or some other action? Let them know exactly what you want them to do. And then decide whether you want a strong call to action (call us now to book your junk removal) or a more subtle approach (Ready to remove the clutter in your garage? Call one of our friendly junk removal professionals and relax.)
  5. Space Out – How many times have you visited a service-based site and read the content word for word? Never you say? That’s because most web readers don’t read long chunks of content. Instead we like to read
